Section 53. Supervision and control of the Managing Director The Uttarakhand Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2011

53. Subject to the superintendence of the Board, the general control and direction over all the officers and servants of the Board shall vest in the Managing Director.
