Section 59. Execution and registration of Contracts etc. The Uttarakhand Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2011

59. Every contract or transfer deed of property on behalf of the Board shall be in writing and shall be executed by such authority and in such manner, as may be provided by regulations.
