Section 13. Offenses under the Act to be non cognizable and bailable Uttarakhand Anti Littering and Anti Spitting Act

13. Notwithstanding anything contained in the code of Criminal Procedure 1973, offenses under section 3 of this Act shall be non-cognizable and bailable.
