Section 12. Service condition and pay of the Vice-chancellor

12. (1) On the appointment of the post of Vice-chancellor by any person shall resume his duties within the period of one month from the date of receiving the appointment order. (2) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the terms of services and emoluments of the Vice-chancellor shall be such as may be determined by the general or special order by the State Government from time to time.
