This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 12; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1- (1) This Act may be called as the “BHAGWANT GLOBAL UNIVERSITY”Act, 2016. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the date, the notification is issued by State Government of Uttarakhand in the Official Gazette.
