Section 35. Right to appeal
BHAGWANT GLOBAL UNIVERSITY ACT, 2016
This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 12; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
35- Every employee or student of the University or of a Constituent College, Regional Centre, Study Centre and Career Academy Centre’s shall, notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, have a right to appeal within such time as may be prescribed, to the Board of Management against the decision of any officer or authority of the University or of the Principal of any such Constituent College, Regional Centre, Study Centre and Career Academy Centre’s, as the case may be and there upon the Board of Management may confirm, modify or change the decision appealed against.
