This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 12; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
37- If any question arises as to whether any person has been duly or appointed as, or is entitled to be a member of any authority or other body of the University, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor, whose decision thereon shall be final.
