This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management (Repeal) Act, 2021 (Uttarakhand Act 26 of 2021), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management Act, 2019. (2) It shall apply to Char Dham and other Devasthanams/temples given at A, B, C, D And E of Schedule annexed with this Act. (3) It shall come into force at once.
