Section 14. Officers to Assist the CEO

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management (Repeal) Act, 2021 (Uttarakhand Act 26 of 2021), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
14. (1) The State Government may from time to time appoint such other officers like Additional CEO, Joint CEO, Estate Manager, Marketing Officer, Officer from Forest Department, Finance Officer, Engineers, Public Relation Officer, Vigilance Officer and support staff to assist the CEO as it may deem necessary.
