This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management (Repeal) Act, 2021 (Uttarakhand Act 26 of 2021), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
16. (1) The Management structure of the Office of CEO along with the salaries, allowances, and other remuneration of all staff shall be paid out of the Uttarakhand Char Dham Fund, which may be supported by the State Government through Capital and Non- Capital Grant.
