Section 33. Recovery of Temple Dues

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management (Repeal) Act, 2021 (Uttarakhand Act 26 of 2021), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
33. All amounts due to the Temple including fines / penalties/ recovery of dues if any, imposed under this Act, shall without prejudice to any other mode of recovery be recoverable as arrears of land revenue as per the Uttar Pradesh Public Money (Recovery of Dues) Act 1965 (as applicable to the State of Uttarakhand) on a requisition made by CEO in that behalf.
