Section 7. Vacancy of nominated member on Disqualification

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management (Repeal) Act, 2021 (Uttarakhand Act 26 of 2021), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
7. If a member of the Board is subject to any of the disqualification specified in section 6, his/her seat shall thereafter become vacant.
