Section 142. Priority of mortgage over certain claims

142. A mortgage executed in favour of the Uttarakhand State co-operative Bank after the introduction of this chapter under the Act shall have priority over any claim of the Government arising from a loan granted, after the execution of such mortgage, or creation of such charge.
