Section 10. Search of register

10. Search of register Subject to any rules made in this behalf by the State Gobernment, including the rules relaing to payment of fees, any person may— (a) Cause a search to be made for any entry in the Register of Marriage Registration, and (b) Obtain an extract from such register.
