Section 51. [Instrument not necessary to effect transfer

51. Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, no Instrument in writing shall be necessary for effecting a transfer of holdings involved in giving effect to a final consolidation scheme nor shall any instrument, if executed, require registration.]5
