Section 37. Protection of action taken under the Act

37- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Authority or any member or officer or employee of the Authority or the Chief Executive Officer, the Commissioner or the District Magistrate for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or of any rule or regulation or order made thereunder.
