Section 11. District Plan Ceiling

11- (1) The State Government shall inquire into and estimate the financial resources for financing the District Plan and shall decide the district plan outlay ceiling accordingly. (2) The District Plan outlay ceiling fixed under sub-section (1) may be revised or altered at any time during the financial year by the State Government.
