Section 1. Short title and Commencement

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 7; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. (1) This Act may be called the “DIT UNIVERSITY” Act, 2012. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the date, the notification is issued by State Government in the Official Gazette.
