Section 13. Restrictions on suits for compensation

13. (1) No order passed under section 12 of this Act shall be called in question in any court. (2) Any person dissatisfied with any order passed sub-section (2) of under section 11 may, within six months from the date of such order institute a suit in a civil court of competent jurisdiction to establish his claim. Subject to the result of such suit the order passed sub-section (2) of under section 11 shall be final.
