Section 32. Effect of the State and District Disaster Management THE UTTARAKHAND FIRE & EMERGENCY SERVICE, FIRE PREVENTION AND FIRE SAFETY ACT, 2016

32. (3) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the conferred powers related Fire Safety to the State and District Disaster Management Authority shall be applicable.
