Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement Uttarakhand fisheries Act
Act no. 2 of 2003 2003 In force Uttarakhand (State Act)
1. (1) This Act may be called the 1{Uttarakhand} Fisheries Act, 2003.
(2) It extends to the whole of Uttarakhand State.
(3) It shall come into force at once.
