This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 6; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. (1) This Act may be called the [Graphic Era Hill University]1 Act, 2011. (2) It shall come into force on such date, as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
