THE GRAPHIC ERA HILL UNIVERSITY1 ACT, 2011

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 6; it may still apply to matters that began before then.

35. Every employee or student of the University or of a Constituent College, Regional Centre, Study Centre and Career Academy Centers shall, notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, have a right to appeal within such time as may be prescribed, to the Board of Management against the decision of any officer or authority of the University or of the Principal of any such Constituent College, Regional Centre, Study Centre and Career Academy Centers as the case may be, and thereupon the Board of Management may confirm, modify or change the decision appealed against.
