Section 37. Disputes to Constitution of University Authorities and bodies

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 6; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
37. If any question arises as to whether any person has been duly elected or appointed as, or is entitled to be a member of any authority or other body of the University, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor, whose decision thereon shall be final.
