This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Ground Water (Regulation and Control of Development and Management) (Repeal) Act, 2017 (Uttarakhand Act 11 of 2017), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Ground Water (Regulation and Control of Development and Management) Act, 2016. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Uttrakhand. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the state Government may by notification, in the Official Gazette, appoint.
