This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Ground Water (Regulation and Control of Development and Management) (Repeal) Act, 2017 (Uttarakhand Act 11 of 2017), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
23. Any offence under this Act may be compounded by the Authority as prescribed, either before or after the institution of the proceedings subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
