Section 5. Staff of the Authority

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Ground Water (Regulation and Control of Development and Management) (Repeal) Act, 2017 (Uttarakhand Act 11 of 2017), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
5. (1) In order to enable the Authority to properly function or exercise the powers under the Act, the Government may appoint such number of technical personnel and other staff as it may consider necessary. (2) The functions and the terms and conditions of service of such employees shall be such as may be prescribed by the State Government.
