Section 29. Fee Structure

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 19; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
29. The fee structure of the courses run by the university shall be determined by the Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee.
