Section 3. Proposal for the establishment of the University

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 19; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
3. (1) The Sponsor Society shall have the right to establish the Himalayiya University in accordance with the provision of this Act. (2) A proposal related to establishment of University along with the records shall be presented to State Government by the Sponsor Society.
