This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 19; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
34. The First rules framed by the Board of Governors shall be submitted to the State Government for its approval within three months after the Act being effective, which may, within three months, give its approval with or without modification.
