Section 38. Right to appeal

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 19; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
38. Every employee or student of the University not withstanding anything contained in the proposed Act, have a right to appeal within such time as may be prescribed, to the Board of Management against the decision and thereupon the Board of Management may confirm, modify or change or set-aside the decision appealed against.
