This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 4; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. (1) This Act may be called the [Himgiri Zee University]3 Act, 2003. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the date the notification is issued by the state Government.
