This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 4; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
37. Whether any authority of the University is given power by this Act or the statutes to appoint committees, such committees, shall, save as otherwise provided, consist of any or all the member of the authority concerned and of such other persons, if any, as the authority in each case thinks fit.
