Section 44. Maintenance of fund

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 4; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
44. The funds established under sections 41, 42, and 43 shall, subject to general supervision and control of the Board of Governors, be regulated and maintained in such manner as may be prescribed.
