Section 32. Power to amend Rules

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 3; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
32. The Academic Council may, with the approval of the Board of management, make new or additional rules or amend or repeal the rules, subject to the approval of the state Government.
