Section 37. Constitution of committees

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 3; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
37. Any authority of the University mentioned in section 20 (1) will be empowered to constitute a committee of such authority, consisting of such members as such authority may deem fit, and having such powers as the authority may deem fit.
