Section 9. University open to all classes, castes, creed and gender

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 3; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
9. The University shall be open to all persons irrespective of class, creed or gender: Provided that nothing in this section shall be deemed to requires the University from making special provisions for admission to students of the state of [Uttarakhand].
