Section 20. Authorities of the University

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 8; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
20. The following shall be the authorities of the University; namely:- (a) The Board of Governors; (b) The Board of Management; (c) The Academic Council; (d) The Finance Committee; and (e) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be authorities of the University.
