1. (1) This Act may be called Jaunsar-Bawar Pargana (District Dehra Dun) Revenue Officials (Special Powers) Act, 1958.
(2) It shall extend to the Jaunsar-Bawar Pargana of the Dehra Dun District.
(3) It shall come into force at once.
