11- Every Minister who is a member of the Assembly shall continue to enjoy the benefits available to him under section 4, 7, 11, 16, 17 and Chapter XI of the Uttarakhand State Legislature (Members' Emoluments and Pension) Act, 2008 (as amended from time to time).
