This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 11; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
16. The Pro-Vice Chancellor A Pro-Vice-Chancellor may be appointed by the Chancellor with prior approval of the Board of Governors in such manner and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by Statutes.
