Section 38. Disputes as to constitution of University Authorities and Bodies

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 11; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
38. Disputes as to constitution of University Authorities and Bodies If any question arises as to whether any person has been duly nominated or appointed as, or is entitled to be a member of any authority or other body of the University, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor, whose decision thereon shall be final.
