Section 41. Protection of action taken in good faith

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 11; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
41. Protection of action taken in good faith No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against any officer or other employee of the University for anything, which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, the Statutes or the Rules.
