Section 46. Maintenance of Fund

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 11; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
46. Maintenance of Fund The funds established under sections 43, 44 and 45 shall, subject to general supervision and control of the Board of Governors, be regulated and maintained in such manner as may be prescribed.
