Section 6. No Power to Affiliate Any Institution

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Private Universities Act, 2023 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2024), s.72(1) and Schedule-I item 11; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
6. No Power to Affiliate Any Institution The University may have off–campus centers, Constituent Colleges, Regional Centres, Study Centres and Career Academic Centres but shall have no power to admit any other college or institution to the privileges of affiliation.
