THE UTTARAKHAND MOTOR VEHICLES TAXATION REFORMS ACT, 2003

8.A (1) For the purpose of development of transport infrastructure road safety and control of air pollution in urban area, the State Government shall establish a fund to be known as “the State Urban Transport Fund”. The Cess collected under sub-section (5) of section 4 shall be credited to the said fund.
