22. Notwithstanding anything in this Act, the commission constituted by the Uttarakhand Government shall be deemed to have been duly constituted under the provision of this act and the term of three years of the Chairman, [Vice-Chairman]1 and other members of the said commission shall be computed from the date on which they has assumed charge of their respective offices.
