Section 7. Vacancies etc. not to invalidate proceedings of the Commission Uttarakhand Other Backward Classes Act
Act no. 7 of 2003 2003 In force Uttarakhand (State Act)
7. No act or proceeding of the commission shall be invalid on the ground merely of the existence of any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the Commission.
