Section 108. Exercise and performance of powers by the Zila Panchayat

108. Except such any powers and functions which are exercised and performed only by Zila Panchayat and reserve for Chairman such all or any powers and functions which are conferred by this Act to him and made provisions for that purpose than by passing special motion may be delegate to any Committee.
