Section 117. Dispute amongst Zila Panchayat and Nagar Nikays etc.

117. If any dispute arises as to the jurisdiction of a Zila Panchayat or between two or more Zila Panchayat or Nagar Panchayat or the Municipality or a Municipal corporation, it shall be referred to the prescribed authority whose decision shall be final and shall not be questioned in any court of law.
